Greer Mellon

Digital Harbor Foundation

Greer has always been passionate about educational reform, urban renewal and addressing social inequalities. She is thrilled to work amidst Baltimore’s fast-changing urban landscape and aims to ensure that Baltimore’s recent economic growth and urban renewal reaches people of all socioeconomic levels.

As the Baltimore Corps Fellow for the Digital Harbor Foundation (DHF), a tech center that fosters tech innovation and entrepreneurship by helping youth develop digital age skills, Greer spearheads the organization’s efforts to scale its highly successful local model nationwide.  Greer collaborates with DHF’s executive team to develop its earned income strategy through its Center of Excellence for Innovation in Technology Education – the foundation’s training and consulting arm that supports others organizations in developing their own tech space.

Greer's undergraduate studies at Columbia University and graduate work at Oxford, in addition to her experience working in business and strategy consulting at the Benenson Strategy Group, provide her with a strong background to fuel her current work at Digital Harbor Foundation.
