What does it cost?

Your time is valuable! Of all the things you have, time is not one of them. Let us give that time back to you by partnering with us to run your search. 

Our Place for Purpose Fees (Non-profit rate)

  • Activation Fee: $2,000 per role

  • Placement Fee: $2,000 per role

Total Cost: $4,000  

For $4,000, we partner with you to find the best person for your position. This includes prescreening talent for culture and skill fit as well as equity value alignment.

Baltimore Corps Fellowship -
Professional Development

Full-time position with a year-long professional development program.

This program requires participates to attend monthly race and equity training.

Mayoral Fellowship - Internship

10-week full-time internship in a mayoral office or Baltimore City agency.
