Stefanie Hopkins, Senior Partnerships Manager

As a Partnership Manager Stefanie supports Baltimore Corps in building and strengthening connections to employer partners with a shared commitment to growing leaders in Baltimore’s social sector with diverse pathways and experiences. She helps to generate, maintain, and consult with potential partner organizations (social impact employers) for Baltimore Corps’ Fellowship and Public Allies Maryland programs, as well as support the Place for Purpose service. Stefanie helps employers to meet their staffing needs and provides on-going support and communication with employers from initial information sharing to consultation and talent matching, always with the highest quality customer service.

Background: A bridge builder by nature, Stefanie joins the Partnerships Team with a passion for empowering and mobilizing individuals and organizations to create a stronger and more equitable Baltimore. She has experience and expertise in volunteer management, panel facilitation, partnership development, and program management. Prior to coming to Baltimore Corps, she worked in community outreach and volunteer management at CASA Baltimore, the Baltimore Community Mediation Center, South Baltimore Learning Center, and Maryland New Directions. Stefanie served in Baltimore through Americorps and became a licensed social worker after getting her degree at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
