The Campaign for Citywide Service will invest $30M over three years to elevate talent in Baltimore. The effort will enlist cross-sector partners to make change in our city and prepare thousands of individuals for meaningful careers in social impact. This initiative will engage with talent along a continuum to support their growth and develop their skills and leadership.
By embracing a “talent-first” strategy, Baltimore can continue to build a diverse and thriving workforce defined by inclusion and equity. The Citywide Service community is made up of best-in-class social entrepreneurs and social impact organizations that “move the needle” on our biggest challenges.
