1. Which of the Baltimore Corps values influences your work the most? 

Advance Equity & Racial Justice

2.Which work (or personal) project have you worked on that you're the most proud of at the moment? 

Working with nonprofit colleagues in the White Womxn Anti-Racism Alliance (WWARA) to identify how we reinforce and reproduce white supremacy and take action to challenge white supremacy as an individual, in our relationships, within our organizations, and in our respective sectors; establish regular learning sessions and cohort meetings for ongoing work; establish an accountability framework to BIPOC, each other, and ourselves; and organize other white womxn, advocate for racial justice, and dismantle existing power structures in our respective sectors.

3. What are your dreams for Baltimore?

A destination for civic leaders, organizers, entrepreneurs, and artists to convene with the wealth of expertise throughout the City to bring about social and sector changes towards racial equity and justice. 

4. Favorite place in Baltimore?

My first job in Baltimore was in the Mount Vernon neighborhood. I would frequently walk to the George Washington Monument and enjoy surrounding greenspaces for bird and dog watching.

bonus question: which song gets you ready/inspired/excited for the work day?

It really depends on the day and my scheduled activities. I generally love listening to NPR Tiny Desk Concerts and being exposed to new artists to add to my playlist.
