StartingBloc is a global community of leaders committed to an equitable, collaborative, thriving world. Through our Fellowship program, we connect, support, and help to grow leaders from high-potential to high-impact. As a result of StartingBloc, Fellows report greater clarity of purpose, growth in their professional networks, and transitions into leadership positions. To become a Fellow, individuals attend a 5-day Institute, which focuses on the skills, thinking, and tools for becoming a better leader. Once you go through the Institute, you're a StartingBloc Fellow for life and connected to our 3000+ community of change leaders based in 56 countries around the world.
This is a pro-bono opportunity for you and your team to get the chance to sit down, listen to someone at the heart of a challenge you’re working on, and think boldly about possibilities and solutions. It’s also an incredible opportunity to elevate your brand and company within the StartingBloc community.
Each organization is paired with a team of Fellows and within 4 hours, you’ll spend time hearing from folks at the center of your work (we call them Experience Experts), reframing the core challenge you walked in the room with based on what you hear, and then developing an average of 10 different solutions to the challenge or opportunity. Fellows leave with experience and understanding of the Human Centered Design Process and organizations leave with thoughtful insights and possible solutions.
