The Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program reflects Baltimore Corps’ commitment to facilitating local place-based talent development, workplace equity, and career pathways for BIPOC professionals into leadership roles.

In partnership with Baltimore City, Baltimore Corps will recruit and develop 25 credentialed graduates from local HBCUs, Coppin State & Morgan State Universities, for careers within city government. This 12-month fellowship will provide crucial support to city agencies focused on developing and retaining a diverse, skilled workforce in key management positions.

Fellows receive professional development support during the fellowship, and continue to receive this support to facilitate their full time employment placement and mobility within city government. Additionally, fellows receive competitive salaries, benefits, and living stipends to support housing and transportation.
