Savina Wiggins, Program Manager, Public Allies

As one of Baltimore Corps' Program Manager of Public Allies, Savina manages the day-to-day functions the Public Allies program in Baltimore. She primary responsibilities include working collaboratively with the various Baltimore Corps departmental teams to ensure programmatic excellence, building and managing external relationships with partners and other stakeholders. Savina works closely with various constituents to execute all phases of the Public Allies program implementation.

Background: Savina brings her passion and experience with helping others realize and lean into their potential to the Programs Team. Prior to joining Baltimore Corps, She worked at The Career Center at Towson University where she provided career advising to students and at New Pathways, Inc where she helped transition foster youth out of care. At Baltimore Corps she applies her career and workforce development experience and a sincere desire to change the narrative of Baltimore City by developing opportunities, partnerships and programs in an effort to advance a citywide agenda for equity and racial justice. A Baltimore City native, Savina is a proud graduate of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School and she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
