Qualified applicants will be invited to participate in a one-to-one phone screening. In addition to qualifications, applicants' commitment to Baltimore Corps values will be assessed. Hiring practices vary by organization, but will generally involve at least one in-person interview with a hiring team. Depending on the position, additional interviews and/or work products may be required. Hiring organizations will generally request professional references to speak with prior to making a job offer. Once the hiring organization has extended a job offer, and you have accepted, you’re ready to embark on the next step to greater social impact through your career!
