Joe supports The Journey Home (The Plan), Baltimore’s plan to end homelessness, ensuring that homelessness will be rare and brief. Journey to Jobs advances a key aspect of The Journey Home to increase employment opportunities for people experiencing homelessness. Journey to Jobs expands existing partnerships created through the Journey Home Initiative by building a system-level collaborative effort focused on increasing access to employment and economic opportunity for: people experiencing homelessness.
