Andy Parker, Chief Financial Officer


As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Baltimore Corps, Andy sets the company's financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organization’s overall strategy. Andy leads all financial administration, business planning, and budgeting. As a member of the executive team, he works closely with the CEO, VP of Operations and Administration, VP of Programs and the finance and governance committee of the board of directors to ensure the sustainability of the organization’s financial health.

Background: Prior to joining Baltimore Corps, Andy spent several years working in government and politics. He served in the Obama Administration at the White House Office of Public Engagement, and later worked for President Obama’s 2012 campaign and the ACLU of Washington. Andy holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he studied nonprofit law and finance. During law school, he worked for The Office of Barack and Michelle Obama, Baltimore Corps, and Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana. Andy earned a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Gates Scholar, and a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University.
