About: SparkVision (SV) is a startup organization dedicated to creating environments where people thrive. We do that through three main strategies: building affinity tribes, designing experiences and developing culture. SparkVision exists to connect people and unite them through collective purpose. In our first year, we’ve built a large portfolio of clients which range from small local nonprofits to national healthcare systems. We’re proud to have both a strong national and local presence in Baltimore.
