FINDING TALENT SHOULD NOT BE COST PROHIBITIVE.

As a mission-driven placement service, we believe organizations of all sizes working within the social impact sector should be able to find the right talent. That’s why we activate our talent pool with your up-front deposit of just $250, and charge a flat placement fee of $2,000.

HOW IT WORKS

Organizational Assessment

This 60-minute consultation includes discussion with a Place for Purpose case manager regarding hiring needs and long-term organizational needs, as well as assistance with position descriptions.

Talent Pool Activation

The Place for Purpose talent pool includes active and passive job seekers screened for the following:

Skills and Experience
“Fit,” using behavioral science screening

Access Online Partner Community

Employer Partners are invited to join the Partner Community online to view their candidates and set up interviews. No more lost emails or crowded inboxes, as everything takes places within the online Partner Community, with Place for Purpose monitoring and assistance.

Candidate Selection

Once a candidate is selected and the job offer accepted, talent acquisition is complete!

Our 90-day guarantee means we stay connected to ensure the best match of talent to opportunity. Should the placement not work our for any reason within this time period, we will reactivate our talent pool at no additional cost.
