Joe Paul, Baltimore Corps Faculty
Joe Paul is the founder and CEO of Campus 2 Careers Workshops; a training organization dedicated to helping equip individuals with essential skills to land navigate both personal and professional relationships. Joe is the author of “Morning Cup of Joe” and a devoted philanthropist. Prior to starting his own business, Joe worked with Management Leadership for Tomorrow where his strategies and tactics led to a 200% increase in applications - attracting high achieving, high potential underrepresented minorities across all programs for the organization. Joe also served as Human Resources Officer for the government where he successfully managed the compensation and classification restructuring project which included leading the project to a move to a virtual hiring system.
Joe is the first of his 10 siblings to graduate from college. Prior to graduating from The Florida State University with a double bachelors degree in Social Science and Linguistics (Russian and Spanish), Joe was inducted into FSU’s Hall of Fame. Joe is also the recipient of the coveted “Outstanding Brother of the Year” award which is the highest honor Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. bestows on its over 170,000 members worldwide.
Joe proudly serves on the following boards: The Seminole Club of Greater Washington DC (President), SWNA, United Way Emerging Leaders, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Hope for Haiti and Central Union Mission. Joe enjoys volunteering, writing, traveling internationally, playing golf and is an avid cyclist.
