Jessica conducts and facilitates community outreach and engagement for implementing Central Baltimore Partnership's 5-year Equity Plan for Central Baltimore, focusing particularly on the following new task forces and work groups: Community Center Council; job training/workforce development; and affordable housing and seniors.
