Frank has a passion for mentoring and youth development, and is applying that passion to develop and scale successful social change organizations. A San Francisco native who has grown to love Baltimore as a home away from home, Frank is a strong believer in Baltimore’s potential, particularly its diverse community of leaders dedicated to growing the city.

Frank is working as the Baltimore Corps Fellow at Thread to ensure that each high school student is equipped with the resources, support and skill set necessary to graduate. Frank is leading and managing Thread’s flagship high school program. In his role, Frank leads the management and growth of volunteers and interns who provide academic, workforce development, community service, enrichment and team-building opportunities to students. A recent alumnus of the Johns Hopkins Class of 2014, Frank graduated with a triple major in Public Health, Sociology and Spanish.
