The Baltimore Corps Fellowship program
is currently on pause. The expected return of our
renewed program is Fall 2024. We will post
updates here as we get closer to that date.

About the Fellowship

Fellows come together and engage as a cohort for programming that includes Race & Equity workshops, professional skills development workshops, networking events, community service, working groups, and more. Fellows’ supervisors participate in select workshops as well. Our programming is designed to help Fellows build capacity and work towards equitable solutions within their organizations, as well as the communities they are impacting.

Beyond building capacity in individual organizations, Baltimore Corps Fellows come together over the course of an intensive yearlong program designed to:

  • Increase understanding of equity and racial justice, and provide Fellows with the resources, training, and tools to better combat inequity and disrupt structural racism;

  • Support individual growth by providing customized opportunities and resources to support each Fellow's professional development; and

  • Create a lasting and collaborative network among Fellows and city leaders, as well as clear avenues to drive change during and after the Fellowship year.

The Baltimore Corps Fellowship program has helped me to decide what type of leader that I want to be. Through the program, I have become a leader that puts others first and is invested in the growth of others.
— Kezia Robinson, Communications Specialist Fellow with Journey Home/Continuum of Care
