Erin is inspired and driven by the passion and commitment of the people who live not by the way the world is but by their values to improve the world. Erin believes that while social change work is rarely glamorous, it is rising to the daily challenge of accomplishing meaningful progress that really matters.
Erin works as a Baltimore Corps Fellow at Thread, a non-profit organization that fosters the academic advancement and personal growth of underperforming high school students through a family of committed volunteers and increased access to community resources. At Thread, Erin collaborates with the executive team, programming staff and board of directors to build strategic partnerships and execute external communications campaigns.
