Erika Outlaw, Recruiter

Erika's role:

Erika works to connect leaders who represent diverse pathways and experiences to opportunities to accelerate change in Baltimore’s social impact sector, generating a quality pipeline of talent for all Baltimore Corps programs and services.

Background:

As a certified Diversity Practitioner, Erika is passionate about creating equitable and inclusive spaces for community advancement. She is a veteran faculty member of the annual NAIS Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC), developing  lesson plans for student sessions and facilitating
conversations about diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice.

Erika comes to Baltimore Corps from the Gilman School in Baltimore, where she provided strategic leadership for diversity and inclusion under the supervision of the Director of Community & Diversity, and provided the support and administrative services required to successfully execute the school’s ongoing diversity
